NOTE: Beginning Oct 21st, FedEx will be implementing additional "peak season" shipping fees. Affected products will be our pre-formed headliners, which will have a shipping increase of $15 above normal rates. These rates will remain in effect until January 5, 2020. Customers in SpeeDee delivery areas (IL, IA, WI, MN, ND, SD) will not be affected.
Our shipping rates are calculated using the total shopping cart value plus any additional "oversize fees". Many of our pre-formed headliner panels must be shipped in large boxes that are classified as "oversized" by our carriers (because of size, not weight) and will incur additional charges. We strive to combine orders into the fewest and smallest boxes as possible, while still allowing ample room for additional packaging to prevent damage to items during transport. We utilize FedEx Ground, Speedee Delivery and XPO Logistics for most of our shipping services; please contact us if you would prefer an alternative carrier. We will also gladly ship via buyers account number if requested.
Orders outside the United States are possible; however, we are restricted from shipping some products to international destinations. All international purchases will require the purchaser to pay any required duties and fees once shipment has arrived at your destination. Please contact us if you’re located outside the US - we would be happy to assist you.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If the order was placed incorrectly by the customer, we will refund the order and the customer must either pay for a return call-tag or arrange return shipment through an alternate carrier.
If any parts are not fitting properly, contact us and we will assist you to either return part(s) or instruct you on possible methods to make them better fit. If you do return the kit, it is important for you to fold foam to foam when repacking. Please DO NOT fold vinyl to vinyl when repacking to return. We will refund your full cost if kits are returned undamaged; there is a restocking fee if they are damaged.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
