Are these comparable with European tractors?

Yes they are. However, serial number breaks are different on some European models. Pictures will need to be provided to verify which style cab interior needed.

Does the LH fender piece have like a cloth covering or texter or is it just plastic

Our left wall panel is covered with original material vinyl on top of layer of foam. Plastic on bottom side. The other lower panels are plastic based, with a heavy duty layer of vinyl bonded to face side of panel.
