  • Pre-assembled onto formed plastic for a perfect fit
  • Replaces OEM dash (cowl) cover (discard old dash)
  • Underside is covered with laminated foam/PVC sound-deadening material
  • OEM "chocolate brown" vinyl
  • Includes installation instructions which can be viewed here
  • Optional add-on: laminated foam/PVC "isolator" for under-panel metal cover (adhesive required)
  • Fits tractor models: 4050, 4250, 4450, 4650, 4850, 8450, 8650, 8850

According to OEM specs, the 4350 model has a 2 part metal cowl. That part # is same as 40 series, so yes, this replacement panel should fit and replace the metal version in cab.
